Inky Snakes

Inky Snakes is a browser take on the classic multiplayer snake arena, styled with a dark, ink-splatter look. You guide a growing serpent around an open field, swallowing glowing pellets to gain length while trying not to run your head into anyone else. The longer you get, the more space you control and the harder it becomes to move without risk.

This title is best suited to players who want a quick, low-commitment arena snake session.

1. Steer your snake's head with the mouse or arrow keys toward scattered pellets.
2. Eat pellets to add length and climb the score board.
3. Hold the boost input for a short burst of speed when you need to cut someone off.
4. Circle around larger snakes to force them into your body.
5. Collect the trail left by any snake that crashes for a quick size boost.
6. Keep your head clear of walls and other bodies to stay alive.

Objectives

• Grow as long as possible by eating pellets and fallen trails.

The run ends or fails when

• Running your head into another snake's body ends the run.
• Colliding with the arena boundary kills you.

• Continuous head-follow steering with momentum.
• Length grows incrementally with each pellet eaten.
• Boosting burns a small amount of length in exchange for speed.
• Defeated snakes drop collectible pellets along their path.
• Encircling opponents traps them into a fatal collision.

• Save your boost for finishing a kill rather than random sprinting.
• Play the outer ring early where fewer snakes crowd you.
• When a big snake dies, rush the trail before others grab it.
• Turn in wide arcs at high length to avoid clipping your own body.
